Empower the next generation of female athletes by fostering their sense of purpose, encouraging participation in sports, improving self-esteem and supporting their dreams.
About Us
We are a nonprofit organization established in 2020 honoring the life of Carla J. Baker 1955-1976. Carla was an avid tennis player, runner, and cyclist. She supported gender equality in sports and in life. Carla used her voice many times to stand up for what was right, and for those left behind. We are dedicated to changing the narrative surrounding girls sports and providing equal opportunities for success at every level.

Our Mission
PROMOTE: girls participation in sports or sports-related activities ages 10-21.
CONNECT: be a part of our mission and join our blog to share your story that will inspire others.
SUPPORT: help raise scholarship funds that will assist with fees to play sports of choice, uniforms, equipment, provide transportation, and establish mentorships/internships in coaching, athletic departments, broadcasting, public address announcing and more.
